I wish I could dead lift 5 plates for 10 reps as fast as Spoto can bench that weight.

I couldn't agree more with Stan Efferding about his training philosophy, good form only works with beginners and I experienced that myself. After you pass 2-3 years of training mark, if you wanna continue putting on more size, you'll have to sacrifice form to lift more weight in order to grow. Good form at that point would only work if you want to maintain size.

Its not worth gaining all that size you can tell eric can barley breath an has horrible mobilty , there no purpose to get so massive you cant breathe very well an your cardio runs out fast . You loose all athletic abilities. Stand didnt take to far but eric did he can barley get off the bench.lifting weights is suppose to make you better not worse athlete . He doesnt have balance , needs to run some sprints so if he gets in a fight he doesnt gas

The AUDACITY that these STEROID users have! They want to use STEROIDS and expect us to keep silent about it so it "looks" like they "worked harder" than everyone else AND expect us to buy their BOGUS supplements/"training programs"! Stay natural buddy!

That is great technique and control. I bench allot like the guy in the white shirt. I come down real slow and engage my lats at the bottom. Guy with USC shirt I would out lift, but not in same category as the other 2 at all. I came across this after seeing the Larry Allen bench press with 3 guys assisting. Do not get me wrong, at my best I would not ever get under 705 lbs.

@danjohnson2914 Maddox could do 705 faster simply because he's stronger, u see spoto didn't pause at the bottom Maddox just did 725 with a pause faster.
