1:20 I've seen a bike with bars very similar to that in Richmond, VA. It was parked for months in front of my town house on the main road. Bike was all white - ridden by a woman, who I coincidentally saw ride off with it and never came back. It's not like I was glued to the street, so it's just good timing I saw her leave with it. I paid attention to the bike over that period of time just because it looked so awkward.

These were the "thing" back in the 1970s. I rode one once and a wasp slammed into my armpit, nearly made me lay it down. I changed the bars later that week.
