I did not, in fact look up how to dodge waterfowl. I learned that myself over several hours of experimentation and frantically running away. Later I was watching an Elden Ring speedrunner, and they explained how you're supposed to dodge Malenia. Which was how I learned I was doing it wrong, but if it works, it works.

Demon's Souls has the best opening Cinematic, but they are all good in their own ways. I personally liked the wax melting effects in DS 2 opening a lot as an artistic choice, but overall it's the weakest intro. (Most time wasted on showing the actual narrator instead of important world building stuff like dragons)

There's also a better version of the Malenia fight in the Bloodborne DLC, easily my favorite boss in that game. One that didn't rely on a heal per hit gimmick.

Inbred is half true... for the entire Radagon half where they all share the same two parents that are actually ONE parent XD And in case someone didn't tell you, yes, you can walk into the Mimic fight naked and unarmed, it'll copy that, then you can put it all back on and fight a naked guy with no weapons to make it the easiest fight in the game.

Max0r's editing is legendary, and you're watching the ones that he's dialed back a bit on and exercised more restraint, they used to be a LOT more chaotic.

Yeah his videos have become more clean cut. If you really want to see crack, go back a few videos before elden ring, they are wild

You should try nioh (2 specifically, nioh 1 isnt that easy to get into), its a far better game when it comes to gameplay. ER is ok for what it is, but honestly its just DS3 with worse bosses in skyrim.
