Level 132 with Rivers/Eleonora's Poleblade, only 11 flasks, and a dream. Becca, you're brave. This is going to be a hell of a playthrough to watch.

The level barely matters so long as you have 60 VIG and good enough attacking stats, and 11 flasks is probably enough (you will usually die before you spend all that healing). Now, the weapons? Yeah, not super great here. She'll find something better fairly soon.
