If anything this is a great leverage play for Coen and a great opportunity to get his name in the HC candidates cycle for next season. If he has another great year next year then he’ll be like Ben Johnson

This is honestly weird, we’re questioning what he said about his personnel but is he lying??? You bring a new head coach in or move Liam to head coach you still have a ton of things to address on the defense or else you’re setting them up for failure. Personnel has been way more of an issue compared to coaching. I think we underestimate coaches and their ability to change things on the fly due to injuries. Go ask the 49ers how their season went with all of their injuries they dealt with.

I saw a good comparison. All the wild card week games has something good in common. The defense on every team was able to make stops and hold teams in check while the offense won the game. The Bucs defense cannot do that. Another thing is turnovers. We can’t force them and we turnover ourselves. The other comparison was the Bucs were the highest scoring team of any team that lost. We gotta get defensive play makers in the secondary. We gotta stop mistakes on offense
