Front fenders had me excited to try this.. rear fenders made me calm down and just leave it stock 😂 they look great tho! Looked like a pain to make, but it was sure worth it!

👊 The Durango kinda got selected as the burnout beater by default with my only V8 in the fleet that I didn’t care about throwing it against a wall during competition. Thanks for watching 👊

To get those wheel locks off - weld a 5/8-11 nut to the face of the lock. The large hex nut works out well because you weld on the face of the lock and the inside of the nut. Takes a lot of weld to fill up - this gives the weld puddle time to burn the trash out and get some penetration into the wheel lock and nut. I keep junk nuts around to weld to broken/damaged bolts for removal.

Next time.. wire brush any exposed threads, and after you heat the bolt, put a candle to it.. As it cools the candle wax will wick into the threads and lube the bolt.. Ive seen broken studs come out by finger after this.. And if a bolt breaks, always drill it before heat.. cause after heating you aint gonna drill it very well
