With this setup I doubt it will be useful for any%. Getting explosives quickly pretty much requires farores wind, which you could just use for deku tree credits at that point

I used to have it written up in annotations and then youtube deleted the feature, I'm still really mad about that D: Here's what I remember: The way they tagged goal tapes as being a secret exit in the level data, was to actually give the goal tape a very low initial Y position, below the bottom of the level. (The tape automatically moves itself to a normal Y position after initializing.) In fact there are four different goal tape behaviours depending on what their starting Y position is. (Although only the first two, normal exit and secret exit, are normally used in the game.) If the goal tape's initial Y position is above the top of the level, the goal tape behaviour is this: It gives you the normal exit of the level, but always makes you move upwards on the overworld, instead of the correct direction for the normal exit. With an item swap glitch, we can make Baby Yoshi start to eat the goal tape before it initializes, teleporting it above the top of the level. Then we immediately touch the tape to trigger the glitchy exit behaviour that I described.
