Everything you said it's about regular poker where you have 5 hands.On top of the video you write ''Texas hold'em" where you have 7 hands.The combinations in texas holden and therefore the probabilities are all different to regular poker.

some whiteboard cleaners leave a residue that make it hard for the markers to be used on the board... this should be shown if it works or just seems to work... the college i work at now has a new company doing cleaning and I am constantly complaining that they are using the wrong stuff.. so I have to bring my own..

I think one state that I crave above all, even above "happiness," is something like enduring focus and engagement. On this chart is may correspond to Energized and Focused. I think in these moments, when I'm least bored and most engaged in an activity is when I'm most content. For example, when playing tennis I have this feeling, however it isn't always connected with happiness. I can be angry in the moment after playing poorly, but I would still take this affect over being bored and unproductive.

@AdamSmith-kl1rs Good thoughts. I wish the app would let us pick our spot on the affective 2D plane (valence, energy) and then pick a word that best describes our state. Is focused always a 2 positive and 1 energy? Probably not.
@AdamSmith-kl1rs22 күн бұрын
@@duddhawork personally, the state I’m describing can also be very negative. I sometimes find negative emotions can lead to great energy and output. Retrospectively these are positive episodes for me. For example channeling anger into competition or working out can be very intoxicating and exciting.

Thank you very much for this review. You made my decision making much better. One point you made is that would I use it as much I would? All the parts that come with it, would I use most of them? No. Convenience, would I use it a lot and go get it every time I feel I need it, No. So thanks for that. I was just looking Yesterday(have no idea about these message guns) at one yesterday at Sport Experts. It was the TheraGun mini. No extra parts but I liked the way it looks. But pricey for me. Then I just saw the Mini Massage Gun, RENPHO Deep Tissue Percussion Muscle Massager Handheld Electric Massage. What Do you think about that one? Thanks Vive la Montreal

Helpful video. You might change your OneNote display options to move the page list to the left (just to the right of the Notebooks/Sections list). For future videos, it should make it easier for us viewers to see which sections you are moving your pages to.

Great video as usual, thank you so much 🙏 I discoverd How We Feel app a few weeks ago and also use it in addition to Daylio. I love the way emotions are categorized with the quadrants. The little description for each of the emotions is also very useful for me since English is not my native language. Too bad the activity tracking is so poor. For this reason I still use Daylio and was about to replicate the HWF emotions in Daylio. Daylio having 5 level of emotions, I intended to put emotions in the center of the HWF map in the Daylio neutral level. Watching you video makes me think it is perhaps better to keep the two apps and use Daylio exclusively for activity tracking and How We Feel for emotions and try to analyze both apps data like you do it (even if my data analysis skill are way behind yours).
@duddhawork6 ай бұрын
Absolutely! I think using both apps is reasonable unless you don't want to pay for Daylio. I personally think of the Daylio 5 point scale as an overall satisfaction with my day whereas I just rate how I feel in the moment using the How We Feel app.

The twin study was financed by Vogt foundation (Vogt is a vegan advocate) and lead by Dr. Gardner who is also a vegan advocate and received grants from Beyond Burger. We can therefore suspect that the study was designed to promote a vegan diet. And fake meat. Should we be surprised that the proclaimed results were "vegan diet is healthier"? But in fact what are these results? LDL? Who cares when LDL is not even in the top ten hazards for CVD? T2D, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, obesity and smoking come first. Wanna use blood lipids to assess CVD risk? Ok! then use TG/HDL ratio, not LDL: that would be stupid when we know that most of the people arriving in emergency units for a cardiac event had perfectly normal LDL levels. LDL is either a very weak risk marker for CVD or either not a risk marker at all. But as LDL tend to decrease with a vegan diet plant based diet advocates tend to accord to LDL levels a great importance. Weight loss? Not only the omnivore group ate 200 more calories each day, but worse, half of the vegan group weight loss was apparently lean body mass which is very unhealthy! So the main result of the study is not that a vegan diet can lower LDL, induce weight loss or epigenetic changes but it should be that it causes muscle mass loss. Moral argument against meat? Far more animals are killed by plowing, harvesting and using pesticides than by slaughtering. The fact you don't see dead animals on your plate doesn't mean that none were killed to feed you.

Heel to toe vs toe to heal is so interesting to hear the logic behind it. Heel to toe say it goes with the snow, toe to heel say it goes with the puck rolling off the blade. Curious to know if there is any data to support either theory.
