That looks tasty 😋🤤 I've always had a problem with the amount of Maggi or salt I should add. I like Maggi a lot so for me there's no problem but for other people they always complain that Maggi is too much in my food. How do I manage the Maggi adding better. Also, is the name of the pepper soup spice just pepper soup in the market or is there another name I should mention in the market when I want to buy it.

Exactly.. Even the red oil should have put in the middle to allow it cook well & not last thing with dry fish etc, so wrong.. She's supposed to put the dry fish earlier to cook & bring out it's taste & lastly, the veg , turn & bring down/serve.... I give 20%

I would love to hear and learn of ,the preparation of these 2 special Nigerian dishes. One is moimoi (i hope I have got the name correct). It's meal prepared from beans that is steamed cooked.The orher one, is also prepared with beans but its prepared like soup we usually eat with amala and 3ba. I enjoyed thus when they were served, especially at parties, when I was in Nigeria sometime ago.
