Further proof that Christine McVie was the heart and soul of the band. This song predates Buckingham/Nicks joining. The guitar, the piano, the vocals, the feeling…. It gives me goosebumps.

Long time no heard of DeadCanDance “How fortunate (…)”. Thinking more deeply about the lyrics… 🤔sounds like an ode to anarchism🤔. Anyway, not an ode to poverty-at-all. Would be completely misunderstanding of the lyrics or the word “fortunate”, false friend word with French language. In English it means “chanceux”, not at all “fortuné”!What it means ,“how fortunate the man with none”, is understanding : “ with no wisdom, nor courage, nor honesty, nor fear of god”. Absolutely nothing to do with “no money”🤍.

Very reminiscent of AC/DC's Little Lover. Both songs released approximately at the same time, I guess LL a bit earlier. Coincidence or ... ?

*What is authority, really?* “The Philosophical Language of Biblical Occult” Authority, in actuality, is either the ability to manipulate and convince a mass audience of one’s argument, or the means to attempt to convince a mass audience through force or the use of subjugation. When any supposed authority figure attempts to convince the public through force, their level of authority begins to move down the scale in a slow-moving decline. Authority requires certain enduring language skills, as seen in both the philosophical Occult and the Bible, or a certain flowery verse acquired through the language-ship of the gods. There is, thus, a reason why certain mathematical, scientific and philosophical arguments hold such power over other similar arguments. This is because an authority based on the truth holds an extra point of conviction but also presents a language in such inspirational and enduring rhetorical force. When the public is no longer convinced of your attempts at argument they begin to deny your place in that created authority. This may be integral to how Empires collapse over time. Unfortunately, authority based on convincing lies often sells more often than an authority based on only the truth, because the truth is often uninteresting or uninspiring to the human endeavor. This often means that those in positions of power in their presentation are taking unjust advantage of their subjects in a deceptive way. People want an enduring dream. They want a life worth justification. Unfortunately, that justification often conflicts with the very nature of reality. -Aglain Plumrose

*What is the true way to live?* “The Preying Mantis” The true way to live is to overcome and enjoy or to grow and learn in slow moderation, though this is not always easy. Death is an abundance by which one ceases to profit. Life is survival, thus it requires a moderation of all things by which one can overcome and profit. This includes the truth of the universe, whether by the tools of empirical reason, experiential experience, or by logic, or mathematical pursuits. -Aglain Plumrose

A fantastic song I have never heard on the radio. It’s amazing how much great music has never been played on the airwaves. I think people have a very limited understanding of classic rock if all they hear is the radio. Do we really need to hear “Satisfaction”and “Hotel California” (and, for that matter, “Dreams”) again and again?

There is only one thing left on this birthday cake and it’s revenge. However, I’m willing to bet humanity is so dumb it just walks off a cliff on its own. “There is season for every purpose…” Still Faraday? Still philosophical?
