Breaux Bridge to Port Allen? Little bit off. Henderson to Ramah. Many people from Lafayette drive this to get to work. This video doesn't do the beauty justice.

Don't disagree about the beauty of the area. Growing up in Louisiana I've driven over it many times.

Tip, If you stay in the right lane you can do 70mph on it during the the day if you watch your rearview mirror and slow down right before you get to a elevation on the bridge. At night time you will want to invest in a radar detector. Happy travels. Lol

do they sell one that is just a GENERATOR without the bluetooth crap?
@CupcakeandCornbread7 күн бұрын
I'm not sure - the bluetooth has come in handy to help keep track the hours for regular oil changes, plus it's easy to turn off the generator from the app from inside our cargo trailer if needed.

Do you filter the water? How do you keep it clean I the tank?
@CupcakeandCornbread11 күн бұрын
We use it regularly so it doesn't build up my algae, plus the black barrel helps to keep that to a minimum. We'll also add a pool tablet on a regular basis to keep it clean - we're happy with it!

Wow, the falls are amazing. I see that everyone is carrying a hiking stick, is it a must ? I hv been to the narrows, yes that hike needs a stick. But not sure about this.
@CupcakeandCornbread11 күн бұрын
I don't think you "need" a stick unless you have certain limitations (bad knees, older, etc.). It definitely helped Cupcake on the hike down, though!

Actually the basin bridge goes through Henderson before it even gets to Breaux Bridge check your facts before you say something
@CupcakeandCornbread12 күн бұрын
Yes, Henderson is the town at the end of the bridge on the west and Breaux Bridge is just a few miles further. Grosse Tete is the first "town" you get to on the east side of the bridge, but you'll get to Port Allen after that. I'm from here, thx.

the state wants to invest in speed cameras on the bridge. what they need to be doing is investing in some osrt of irrigation system that puts out all the vehicles that catch fire on that thing.
