Too many flavours combined. Less is more. I'd personally do either the mozzarella- pesto- tomato combo or the meats with the cream cheese and some greens.

good cold cuts are important but good bread will make the sandwich better the bread we have in usa has no flavor boring get some artesano bread

Looks great--love zucchini! Just going to use some plant based cheese and an egg replacer as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
