It looks great, but it was a shame to not fill the edges of the sandwich. Nothing I hate more than get to the end and be just bread.

Too many flavours combined. Less is more. I'd personally do either the mozzarella- pesto- tomato combo or the meats with the cream cheese and some greens.

I tend to agree. But some receipes that appear "noisy" are actually quite good when you give them a try.

good cold cuts are important but good bread will make the sandwich better the bread we have in usa has no flavor boring get some artesano bread

It looks hella good. But the crunch on that would absolutely destroy the roof of my mouth, and the crumbs would need sweeping for 2 hours lol
