Great cruise, a friend was there with a dark green "49 Merc chop top, They should do a cruise with the Wheels and Waves car show down in Santa Barbara, but they closed State st down town and made it for pedestrians only and they want to narrow the rest from 4 lanes to 2 lanes, it's getting crazy. It was way more fun and convieniant when it was open with 4 lanes.

John, thanks for your kind words. I agree, you could put a cash value on the finished, however you couldn’t estimate the time value before during or in maintaining these pieces of ART. Late 1975 through 1983 I'm from antelope valley. Me and some high school buddies we would drive down to Cruise Van nuys boulevard also Whittier and Santa Monica boulevard to the wharf. Then we would stay on the beach and watch the sunrise. 🍺😎👍

I might have been there myself... No , I was on the central coast. Getten' ready for the first WCK gathering in "Paso", mid 80,s. On the east side @ Sherwood Park, before they moved the show downtown. And in 2008 to Santa Maria.

Yea, it was hard to just edit that footage in the video. I didn't even think of the cars that were cruising around it. The dude that ownes the trk is cool though and I expect he'll be there this May also. Maybe we can talk him into a different tune this year.

Point Taken. However, our country is so big, turning corners is not that big a concern. Take this Hudge cruise for instance. Two corners, one at each end. Let's call it a draw. My son-in-law is a Brit ( blues musician, from Devin ) Tom Walbank (look him up KZbin). You say fish-n-chips, I say fish tacos.
