Your local tackle shops need you 😊 online no , friendly face personal service yes , from my experience my local shop will try to " adjust " the price of whatever, paying a bit more is worth it imo , building a shop / shopper situation that could last year's is the way to go , " hi John did you manage to get those bits for me ? You can't say that to a device! Tight lines.

Sounds like everything else an sport,it's a big rip of,you don't need 99% of that tech to catch a fish,I'm 63 Yr old an can out fish any new gadgets ur prepared to use,it's just a con an never fall for it

Watch your prices! My local tackle shops fine for a pint of reds or a packet of hooks or a float......but wanted to charge me £330 for a Diawa Tournament 20 reel when they are £261 online delivered from Angling Direct!

Thats my local tackle shop it was the best in the game 10yrs ago but not as good now in my opinion he also owned chapmans angling in hull and one in another town in england but angling direct bought him out anyway i hope u and your family have a nice time up here in scotland cheers

Yeah we did. It was huge shop and really nice and stocked. Everyone was really friendly 😊 Though one guy did mention that my lad is lucky that I come along with him 🤣 explained im the match angler my lad is a pleasure Fisher 🤣
