I like the paint stick . I will recheck mine tomorrow I dread the thought of a broke tractor. Mine is a nightmare to replace. Thanks. I set the slip clutch when the grinder was new and the plates moved but it won't hurt to recheck. This grinder is the greatest I have a DR walk behind I am 76 and that thing will give you a work out and only get the stump about 2 to 3" below the ground. 10:28 und.

if youre using a 2 row planter on the back and use these spacers on the back wheels, would you also need to add spacers to the front wheels?? since the planters would be following in the front wheel tracks.
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp Ай бұрын
If you are going to be using row crop implements such as a planter, cultivator etc, you would need to measure the row width for the implements and your rear tires. The spacers are sold in 1/2" increments from 1 inch all to way to 5 inches spacers. So they make whichever size would fit your needs, row spacing wise. Thanks for the question and for watching.

@@MartyHenderson-ie9sp KUKJE A2300 mech fuel inj. is the # 1 reason to buy a TYM. I was told 1 computer (data logger) and 6-7 sensors on KUKJE and 7 computers and 22 sensors on the TYM YANMAR. 445 and 455. yanmar makes fantastic engines but they are loud and complicated. no dealer needed if you are good with trouble shooting when you own a mech fuel inj. engine. I'm told if you have DPF issues ten years down the road you can easily bypass/delete the particulate filter. you have to unplug the data logger. since 2018 I had Yanmar sa-324 TLB then KIOTI NX4510 then to the TYM T494. ALL fantastic machines! I did get a 2021 COVID KIOTI with a trany problem so they gave me the T494 to replace it.great vidjas. thank you rick Canadarago lake NY (Cooperstown)

I have a T474 and I'm entertaining installing spacers. I feel a little uneasy on slight slopes. Both 3" and 4" are available for the tractor. My question is there a reason why you choose the 3" over the 4"?
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp 2 ай бұрын
Hi there! I chose the 3 inch to make my rear 6 inches wider. The 4 inch would make it a tighter fit on my trailer. I too was contemplating 3 or 4. But ultimately decided the 4 inch would be too much stress on the rear wheel bearings. 3 inch has been perfect for my use. Totally different tractor since adding the spacers. Thanks for watching!

What is the maximum offset to the right with the hydraulic offset? Are still pleased with your purchase? Any reason why you didn’t purchase a larger/wider model? Thank you, I’m looking to purchase a flail mower.
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp

Thanks for your questions. The offset is right at 2 feet past the rear tire. I chose the MFZ-175 for rear width coverage with my TYM T474. I thought about the next size up but they were out of stock last year when I bought. I’m absolutely happy with it after 50 plus hours of hard use. Does your MFZ175 have shear pins or do you have a slip clutch for your PTO?
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp
@MartyHenderson-ie9sp 4 ай бұрын
@@stevenjacques6208 Good morning. The PTO is direct drive and is protected by a belt drive system on the mower. It has 4 heavy duty belts that run from the top pully down to the the drive rotor. If anything ever binds up or hits something really hard, the belts will slip instead of harming the mower or the tractor. I have not had any issues at all with either slippage or anything. As a matter of fact, the mower is being used on my tractor this week. It has been a flawless 60 plus hours since last year and the belt tension is just as tight as it was when I checked it when new. To me that is amazing, just knowing how hard I have worked this thing out in the woods clearing underbrush limbs and trails. Thanks for the questions.

So I purchased the exact same flail mower after shoot six months of thinking. I have a 3038E John Deere and boy have I put that flail mower and some thick trees. I don’t have a third function so I had to put both hydraulic ins into some fluid and then I used a ratchet strap to set it or I want, but I figured whenever I add function it’ll be a great thing to have. I’ve been meaning to make a video, but I haven’t. I thought well over 50 hours on it and like I said, I lifted it full up reversed onto a 4 inch tree and just pushed it down slowly as it ate it and it shredded that tree the 3.3 pounders hammers.
