Still a white belt and tried the foot lock for the first time without success, fell to the side and kept cranking but guy wouldnt tap, will definetely try this method, looks nasty, thanks Dean you explained very well and every detail was covered thourouly. 👍

Hit this at my gym who is owned by a Dean Lister black belt. Coach taught us this but im too slow to catch the foot and finish the toe hold. Ganna clean it up and get better

Just got a seminar with this guy and it was absolutely amazing, really one of the best course i ever had, this guy is a beast but also a really methodical and intelligent person which is what made him stay at the top level for so long.
