看了showroom很喜歡，去到site看到入口直接打退堂鼓。。。哈哈哈700-800k買個condo建在kampung裏面路還那麽小真。Chinhin的project都喜歡蓋在難進出的地點，我朋友買了sungaibesi住一年搬走出租給人因爲要進出是真的很麻煩。。。

我当初也差点被唬弄了。销售员美化了所有该考虑的因素。我自己驾车去公寓所在地走走 ..... 😲😡😵。整间销售公司里，那么多的销售员对着那么多的潜在屋主解说，没有一个人善意提醒拥有 1604 单位的 Vierra Residence 的存在 ！！

我也是亲自去site绕一个圈 就已经有答案了。不是我要倒米只是我希望跟我一样第一次买家的朋友们可以好好考虑清楚毕竟我比较穷冒不了这35年（可能一生）的风险。如果可以接受的话才选择咯，个人喜好而已 说出来只是供参考🙏🙏

From what I heard they will widen the road near the Tamil school or something .... personally I feel Ayanna is for those who appreciate quiet lifestyle away from city (but not too far away with relatively easy access), that's the idea of resort living... Yup, Avantro is a much better option in terms of accessibility in addition to it's contemporary concept,
