This muhibbah location is bad. Nearby too many PPA, and condo with only small road. Always jam towards muhibbah station. There is an upcoming cheaper condo beside still on-hold. There is a graveyard nearby, a lot of foreginer stays at the low cost apartments nearby. The shoplots infront of Flora is limited and rundown. Is a bit awkward location.
