Love your videos! I've ridden Eh Line, Down Dogger, and 225 but am looking to try more of the Benson trails next year. How would you rate the difficulty of the other Benson trails in relation to each other (Rooster/Doug's, Bread Basket, Hardtail Pride, Bertha, Flow, Rome, Ya Hey, Jethro Tull, Rock Bottom)?
@johnkay82102 жыл бұрын
I think those are 3 of the easier trails up that way for freeride stuff (225 is a riot). Bertha being one of the biggest feature trail. HTP has some big sendies as well. If you make it up this way next year and want a local to tag a long, let me know!

So sick!🔥 As usual, Go Pro does this trail no justice. The Man Pants feature was redone this past weekend & seems like they did their best to close off the far left line by adding some more rocks at the very top. It should make things a bit more interesting for the race next weekend. 🤘✌

@@CadeDeDoes What's bad about that step up? I'm heading up there in a couple weeks and wanted to hit this trail.
@CadeDeDoes2 жыл бұрын
@@kak8138 It's hard to explain but it never feels good to hit. Its high speed & high consequence with the only reward being that it keeps your speed up for the next two jumps. Try it out when you're up and see if you disagree!
@kak81382 жыл бұрын
@@CadeDeDoes I'll give it a shot when I'm up there. Do you need to put in some pedals for that jump or the rest of the trail or is trail speed about right for it?

Awesome, showcase of the grand Overflow! New sub here! It’s obvious you’ve got this trail in muscle memory; Are you racing it this year? I very badly want to do “Manpants”; It’s gotten into my head. Is this feature just a head game? How did you approach this one? Also I hope they don’t change it with the “Remodel”
@CadeDeDoes2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the sub! They kept the bridge gap AND manpants after the overhaul! Man pants is actually super easy, mostly just committing to it, braking into the top and releasing right on the ledge.
@Dialed12 жыл бұрын
@@CadeDeDoes This is great news! Yea the move on manpants seems pretty simple. Are you releasing right at the top, or still feather breaking a bit after the top and releasing right before the drop section? I’m so stoked to get this one in the bag, I’m ready!!!
@CadeDeDoes2 жыл бұрын
@@Dialed1 There is room for error in your braking pattern. Race day it's release once you're past the tree and hold on... But just for a regular run you can brake almost all the way to the ledge then let off and don't brake again until before the right hander.
