should the lintels be soaked or just a good blinding ? And does it need all the seasoning a parade tomato ? Looks great and allows me to free up space that my cauliflower takes up in my fridge. cauliflower crust (2 egs, 2 cups of shredded cauliflower and 2 cups of motserela chees).

Blended green lentils made a surprisingly resilient flatbread for me all by themselves. Red lentils too, but was more crumbly. I'm curious about adding ground flaxseed as a binder to help include other tasty ingredients like root veggies and winter squash. Banana might be a nice binder for some things if the flavor is complementary, like I imagine it would be with sweet potato.

@@frankenstein3163 It might not hold a liquidy filling, only made them once and was impressed but mostly forget that they're an option when it's time to cook. I usually just boil up thick soups of some kind. One pot meals are nice.

So dangerous eat uncooked lentils! I have done that receipt and afterwards I got the first time in my life an gout arthritis attac, and afterwards I read how dangerous uncooked lentils are! Don't do that receipt! It's toxic. Lentils need to be cooked and the cooked water thrown away because there are dangerous toxins in.

This recipe is legit. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made up but it is really good and super filling because of the lentils. The only thing I did differently was I added one teaspoon of yeast to the lentil mixture not because I thought it would make anything rise because obviously there’s no gluten and lentils. But it gives a much More pizza dough flavour. Replacing my pizza once a month but this is definitely something I will add into the regular rotation. Love it and thank you!

Grape seed oil is not good for your health, all seeds oil is bad for you, canola oil is the worst thing ever. The only good oils are extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, ghee. Your recipe looks amazing, just what I was looking for, thank you.

Um that crust looks a little thick, undercooked and doughey for my taste. It still seems like a good idea though. I think I will try it but I'll make lentil flatbread then top it. I like a thin crust anyway.

Being Tomato Intolerant I would replace the Passata with a Good quality Pesto.
