Teams will line up to trade for Stroman. He’s a good pitcher. If you just pay $3-4 million total of that contract he’ll be traded. I’m guessing VERY soon because now virtually all the good starting pitchers are off the board so teams will figure out as the season approaches that they need a starting pitcher and there are no options available. By the way, 2 years $35 million is the guaranteed money but he’ll probably stay healthy enough to make 15 starts. If he can’t, he’ll probably opt out as somebody will give him more on a gamble contract.
