The day it died was when Topher decided he had enough. And he was right to leave when he did. The writing had gotten stale and repetitive, they were just reusing jokes and scenarios with their new cast members, I can only remember ONE funny bit that happened after Eric was cut and that was the scene where Bob has a pissing contest with the drive-thru. Topher was the glue that held the entire show together and without him, it just didn't work.

It's the BEST X-MEN movie you've never seen. I was in high school when it came out. I couldn't wait til high school was over that day so that night I could see it. Not only did I love it I managed to find it on ebay and bought the DVD. So there! 😊

This show was my first intro to batman, so for better or worse, this shows version of every character is great to me, and serves as my point of comparison for every iteration of the characters i've seen since. That might be why i'm not as hard on Young Justice's Joker. Not to say that joker even holds a candle to this one. I just don't judge it as harshly as i've seen others do. I will never say it great just that it's good and I think people are too hard on it.

Sorry Vee, but Batman didn’t kill the Joker. What he did was wrap a cable around the Joker and a Gargoyle to stop him from escaping, but it was the Joker that killed the Joker. He clearly sees what happened and doesn’t stop trying to escape via the helicopter causing the Gargoyle to break and pull him to his death. So while Batman is at best an accomplice to this death, it’s the Joker and his inability to accept a defeat that kills him.

There are parts of it I dont hate. I think the Gator skin coat is okay, even if they missed the easy gag of having Killer Croc comment on it. Some of the tattoos have cool designs, but I dont like them as tattoos. Jared has really piercing eyes, abd theyre genuinely unsettling without eyebrows. I love the slicked-back hair, the naturally pape skin, and the black tuxedo he wore to pick up Harley. It was cool to see him in outfits that werent just the classic purple suit, but none of them quite measured up to it. Anthony Gilardi criticized the performance by saying "he got lost in playing Joker and forgot to build the character. He made no stromg choices. Am I going to be unsettling in a menacing way, in a playful way, a seductive way?" If he chosen to play Joker one way and stuck to it, I feel like we'd look back on this performance more fondly. I personally liked the idea of him bejng more playful, like Klaw from Black-Panther. Harley could have found that charming, audiences would have found that entertaining, and his enemies would have been afraid yet drawn in by the fact he acts like he loves all the evil things hes doing. Also if he wasn't. You know... who he was.
