Yeah the beginning was kinda unfortunate LOL took forever to edit in the text to speech too surprisingly 0-0 honestly, I'm 101% going to try to get the next video probably under 40 min at least, i just kept a lot of it in for this one cuz...........idk xD Ark definitely is confusing at the start tho lol, i agree with that for suree i do have ~70 hours of playtime and after a TON of research many months ago i know practically everything i need to know, so it should be a fun time playing and recording these vids :D

Definitely understandable lol I really dont know what part of the game keeps me so motivated to play it, but it might just be the fact that its so unlike anything I've really played before .-. I would also say that its actually not that bad in terms of optimization since it was made so long ago that its max settings are for "old" pc's nowadays, but i honestly have no idea how much an xbox can handle since ive never had one xD only ever had like PS 3's 4's

It's pretty interesting that those wood-ants do that, pretty good instincts on their part. And I like that the queen is able to get out and about, quite neat imo Also, for supercolonies, I'm actually quite familiar with them lol There's an Argentine ant supercolony that has a couple holes in my backyard xD They never really invade or anything, but they are most definitely there hah

@@Octorebel In my yard the invading fire ants and army ants were too much for the poor Argentine ants, although I still see scouts from time to time (inside my house)

It is possible... but the rocky appearance of the "pre-made" entrance to me looks like that was what was covered up by the queen. Though, I don't think Slug Disco actually put that much effort into thinking about that xD I will say, however, that i wish we could play as a trapjaw ant colony with a fully functional semi-claustral queen. That'd be amazing (but it'd never come ;-;)

@@Octorebel The trap-jaw queen ant doesn't actually exist, but you do find a fully functional colony in "Adventure" although the Queen is an enlarged soldier. And workers can only be created by AI colonies, although if you want and the comments finally work I can send you the save of my Trapjaw colony.

Very true, I only really know about ants through Ants Canada and just cause I find their complex social interactions very interesting. Though, with more knowledge now than several years ago, I do also find a lot of other insects interesting since they also have their own specific ways of communicating and interacting.

First you need to find your colonies, you need to go to your file explorer, show hidden files, then you go to: "Local disk C: USERS/[YOUR USERNAME]/Appdata/local/EotU/Saved/SaveGames" On Windows, if you have Apple or Linux, I'll look for the location now. If you did it right, you should see Colony1.sav, [lots of files], Colony2.sav, [More files], etc. I recommend you make a backup, copying and pasting the colonies in another separate folder, the developers and me, are not responsible for what may happen to your game, If you try this it is at your own risk. Although nothing bad should happen as long as you don't delete anything or replace anything, if the colony number already exists, rename it to another number. Here are the colonies that I will give you, probably tomorrow or after a while , I warn you, you must have beaten the game and completed the extra level: "Adventure" for some colonies.

Honestly, I do generally agree with this. Mass producing ants can be quite good, but at least for many of the situations I've been in, those extra perks that come from upgrading ants to lvl 3 (Leafcutter Taunt Dmg Resistance, Termite Atk Speed Buff, Wood Ant Mortar Splash Dmg) help an absolute ton when dealing with certain enemies. A lot of the time, I also end up needing individual ants to survive longer rather than having new ones hatch and eat up food. But, it is all personal preference lol, I followed that mass production strat in the past and it didn't end so well for me. Tbf if you like it, you're most likely better at it than I am so kudos to you xD 👍

Honestly not completely sure. I think overall, I'd like to upload a large diversity of games, be it single-player or w/ friends. Kinda just moments of my friends and I/just me having fun which would hopefully allow everyone who watches on YT to have fun and laugh along too lol fyi: I do have like, 3 more EoTU vids to be edited and released consecutively after another 2 vids of KIWF. After that, though, the next game may be Ark Survival Evolved, it's an older game, but it's pretty fun, funny, and cool imo But, only time will tell so we'll see ;D
