Have changed your form of running through out the process? Meaning your running style is the same as it was before. Because I have realized after switching my running style (hand movement) to classic sprint style, id made me more slower, felt can not move my legs and arm as fast as I used to.

A trick I learned was to start from the 400m start line then end the rep at the 200m finish line. Next rep starts at 200m start and ends at the finish, this way you don't need to cut across the football field after every rep. Less wear and tear on the body

Hi! I’m 16 and I’m training for track season currently cause it starts for me in like 4 months. Do they have like event where you can just register and compete even though track season hasn’t started yet? I run a 11.17 currently. Thx!

Wow, Badillo you are an inspirational human being. You have a great gift and your ability to become someone great is in your near future. I see you have a wonderful family as well. Stay in the right track and lay off the street bike racing. You have too much to offer the world. Great person brother.
