I made that and it lasted for monthsss... didnt even need to store it in the fridge. (just use clean spoon so it doesnt spoil)

Yeah. The oil acts as a preservative and a seal against moisture, which is what usually causes rot. Glad you enjoyed it🥰🥰🥰

This cheesecake looks very nice. I see all these videos describing how "smooth" it is. I do not like cheesecakes like that. I prefer it to have some texture and be somewhat pasty. I usually just fast forward right to the end of their videos when they cut a slice and I can tell it's not what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm crazy, but this looks about the best out of about 30 I've seen :)

If you want your cheesecake with some texture you have to add cornstarch. 1-2 tablespoons
