I got it as a gift, but I looked at the back and the brand is called members mark, I think it’s from Sam’s club. Also searching up Commercial Quality Baking Sheet Pan on Amazon, I just saw some that look similar, just make sure to read the reviews!

Looks delicious. Can you fry in single step? Why do you have to boil? Did you use the boil for the soup?

Thank you. And Goat meat is tough, so you have to first cook it before frying or it will be frying for too long.

Why boil before frying?
@stephanieasoh3 ай бұрын
Goat takes a while to get ready so boiling cooks it. The frying is just for the texture to change .

I am a Zimbabwean. I was close to a Cameroonian couple for a few months.. the 1st at their house.. they we’re having fufu vegetables and pork.. the food was not looking that great,, they off erred I refused and I only had a small taste..😮 the flavours I encountered I was so amazed.. it tasted so good .. I asked what they put and they told me a lot of mixed herbs.. I have never enjoyed such a cuisine in my life..we parted ways before I got the ingredients.. so glad I found this.. Cameroon food is on another level!
No, there’s no substitute for Eru leaves. Spinach is a substitute for water leaves which is the leaves added in the pot to soften the Eru.

Hello Steph, Thanks for your detailed recipe. I visited Cameroon from Kenya and fell in love with the grilled fish. Please advise on how / where I could access the njangsa (does it have an English name).

Hi Daniel, you’re so welcome. Another name for it is Akpi, you can get it at any African store, also some people sell it online, probably try typing on google to see if any sellers come up.
