Hey everyone! I’ve contemplated for over a month if I should post this video or not, cause the video’s quality really disappointed me. But I decided to just post it since I don’t know when next I’ll be able to film an Eru recipe for you. I tried my best to explain with measurements and all since most of my videos are for beginners. Regardless of the quality, I still hope you enjoyed the video and learned something! And if you decide to try out my recipe, come back and let me know how it came out. Check the description box for ingredients and measurements! THE MEAT WAS COOKED BEFORE I ADDED IT IN THE ERU, that’s why I added it towards the end.

This recipe is the best I've come across and seems very similar to the eru we eat at home: even regarding the amount of palm oil and Spinach blend :-) haha. Hi! Thank you so much for sharing. I just made this and it is very delicious. The eru leaves are still a little tough, not real tough but chewy. Is it suppose to be chewy. Just want to make sure I didn't right and if not what did I do wrong so I may get it right next time? Thank you again❤
@stephanieasoh3 жыл бұрын
Hey and yayyyy!! I’m so happy it came out delicious. And it just means you put too much Eru leaves. After adding the spinach, gradually add the Eru and taste or touch it to feel if it’s too tough. You don’t have to add all the Eru leaves at once. Or you can also add less Eru then once you’ve added the palm oil and realize that the spinach is too much, you can also add more Eru leaves then! Lol or if you realize it’s too tough after adding the palm oil, you can add a little more spinach to balance it! Plus if it’s your first time cooking it, then you did an amazing job! The more you cook it the better it will become!
@CozyAmbientAscent3 жыл бұрын
