Introducing new models for the R9 pore data is still crucial for many labs. You consider it became legacy, but I, as many collegues around the world who produced a lot of data on r9, start my github session with looking for dorado release notes hoping there be new updates for r9 data.

Please make a video series on data analysis that goes through each step in detail, especially Data analysis and software used in nanopore sequenced data interpretation. At the very least, videos are there on KZbin.

How about supplementing the fill In with dUTP. This would make more of your prep amenable to adapter ligation whilst revealing the original and fill in sequence via dUTP calling. You wouldn’t get the exact truncation site but close enough

Awesome video I will use to convince others of the power of whole plasmid sequencing. Has a workflow been developed for native (naturally occurring) plasmid sequencing from bacterial isolates?
