What a sweet gift to send. The amigurumibsticks are very cute. Just FYI amigurumi sticks are just double pointed knitting needles with silicon beads on them. I don't say this to diminish the product in anyway. I think theyvare so cute and why not make them more fun instead of just a double pointed knitting needle that will fall out without the beads.

Hi, I love your work, its really cute! … your math doesn‘t add up though, 60% of 35$ is 21$ ;) Best wishes Jules xx
@pieces_of_scrap46 минут бұрын
Sorry for the misunderstanding... I wasn't saying that 60% of $35 is $25. $25 is the price that I sell that product at while still making a profit on it. To keep a similar amount of profit on that item, I changed the price of the product to $35. Hope that helps!

It was so amazing to meet you! And you made my 9 year old's day by him getting to hear my business name on KZbin (mine too actually! Thank you!) My axolotls (same pattern) were one of my best sellers that day too! People love some axolotls!! I saw a girl that had purchased one of your snails. It was so stinkin cute!!! Hope to see you again next year in Crockett if we don't run into each other sooner :)

I like the amigurumi sticks but what i am curious about is why isn't here a flat side? so that you can put it through an arm and when your sure they are on the same height, you sew one side and then lay it on that so you can sew the other.
@pieces_of_scrap44 минут бұрын
I'm not sure I quite understand, but these are my first set, so I don't think I know how they would normally work.
@velvety200638 минут бұрын
@@pieces_of_scrap I always wonder why these don't have a flat side like a yarn holder. so you can lay the work flat after you sewed on one side and the other is still attached so you can sew the other. Don't worry I am not expecting you to know but figured I could ask lol

On the editing software, people can ask at the smaller computer shops if they have an older version that is compatible with your computer laying around, the older versions often do not have the subscription thing. it might be a bit expensive, but you will save money in the long run.

I was unpacking from a market last Saturday and I thought I saw a small plushy fall out of a basket out of the corner of my eye, but when I checked the driveway I didn't see anything. A few minutes later when I was inside the house I realized my dog had something in his mouth. He'd picked up the fallen corn boi (your pattern) and run off with it! No damage, but very drooly.

I do think on the lemur it was a tension issue as the 6st difference occurred pretty late into the pattern. You said in this that you also had to move the belly patch a bit. Now if there's a difference in tension over the course of like 10 rows that difference will only grow. Also lesson 1 for any beginning crocheter; read the full pattern before you start 😂 I guess the lemur was your reminder of this 😂 Just kidding. Loved seeing your honest reviews of these patterns, but maybe next time rate them a bit lower. If you're going to complain about a pattern the whole way through, it's a bit strange if it still ends up with such a high mark.
@pieces_of_scrap19 күн бұрын
Thanks for your feedback! I think I still rated pretty fairly. When I rate things as 3 stars, it's because it is a pretty middle of the range pattern. I wanted to give the lemur pattern the benefit of the doubt for the color change issues I had, and that's why I rated the pattern higher than you may have expected. I try my best to give fair ratings and I don't like to rate lower than a 3 unless the pattern is honestly pretty ugly and it also causes me a lot of issues. With the only real issue with the lemur being that the color changes were off for me and that the assembly instruction came too early, I think the rating I gave was pretty fair. Hope that helps you understand why I rated the way I did! Thank you for watching!! 🫶

There is a festival in my town, I would make some serious money there but the organizers were worse and worse with every new festival. I attended that festival for about three years four time a year but this year I said enough is enough. They wouldn't answering the e-mails, vendor spaces were smaller and smaller every time, fee was bigger and bigger every time, there were many not registered vendors, I felt it's not worth my time and effort. I'd rather go a little further, even outside of my town, where I'm welcome than in my own yard where somebody is taking advantage of me. I support your decision not to go to that festival anymore.
