The Rambo movies *finally* hit peak "missing the point of the character" territory in one of the most brutal gun death scenes ever! First Blood is perhaps one of the best movies about a soldier returning from war with crippling PTSD, whose been completely ignored and forgotten by the military that turned him into a killing machine before telling him to fuck off. Each subsequent sequel just completely forgot about the side of John Rambo who gave that heartbreaking "You just don't turn it off!" speech to Col. Trautman.
