I had a poor experience with Audiio. Videos were constantly flagged, including older ones, and I was hit with a $200 auto-renewal charge without any notice. I believed I had canceled it, but there was no email alert. Their policies and lack of transparency feel deceptive.

Hi. Davinche Resolve has a powerful video slowdown tool, it's called Retime and Scalling. I think it may have been used for slowing down.
