Amazing! I will do my comments per shot! First shot: You included a foreground mid ground and a background and exceptionally made it cinematic! Second shot: This was a daring angle and scene where you highlighted that this is a camera reel. Third shot: You still included a foreground with your subject and it's absolutely fantastic Fourth shot: The slow panning with the word "expectations" was properly communicated Fifth shot: Running through the meadow shot was great as well. Just room to improve on stabilization Sixth shot: Great shot and showed depth with the subject Seventh shot: "free from the expectations of society and the subject was shown coming out from the tangles of the plants 8th shot to the last: Good transitions! Overall: It was great! It's quite daring to crop out your visuals with effects but it turned out great! I'm a beginner (just starting my portfolio) but hopefully my comment made your day!

Yes full handheld only and then I use premier pro for editing and color grading! I used also my film emulation assets pack! Check it out

The slow motion you see it’s actually shot in 1080pk and upscale to 4K ✌🏻
