En esa epoca fue creo pionera. Pero menos mal que todo ha evolucionado con respecto al entrenamiento físico. Veo este video y me asusta el mal trato al cuerpo. Obvio era seguramente lo que se conocía. Todo evoluciona.

I've been a professional athletic trainer for 35 years, and began my love for fitness with this video. It's actually fabulous, and I still use it and modify as needed. This is almost identical to Pilates and calisthenics still done effectively today. With common sense tweaking, this is every bit as relevant as it was in 1982. She also took criticisms on board and her second workout, "Jane Fonda's New Workout", was also incredible.

I live in a poor neighborhood in San Francisco and there is a Whole Foods within walking distance. I have been to many cities and many poor neighborhoods and this is the first poor neighborhood that I have lived in that is not a food desert.

Sounds perfect. We ignore that constant moving around thing. Modern life isn't that. Even getting up and walking around the room once per hour is not the same as the constant work to find food, prepare food, look for and build shelters, clean shelters, build tools, play games, explore, chase our children, care for the sick, it's endless... and we don't suffer the same ways. We don't get too much sun on the daily, we don't feel cold, we don't struggle enough, trip, fall, climb, get dirty. We are totally different creatures. Then we want to eat pizza and ice cream and wonder why we're sick. Aside from shows like Naked and Afraid, someone should create a camp where people could go to live Paleolithic for a week. That will surely open some eyes. Not just visit some modern hunter-gatherers...but really go caveman. Can you imagine? Minus the free predators, of course. 😝

You need to add the 5 seeds in the beginning when the oil is hot. What you have done is wrong and will make the fry taste awful and raw 😂. India.
