@bm11775, Miss Lawson is the epitome of class and a highly intelligent woman. During the pandemic here in the USA, I was in a state of panic with severe anxiety. I watched a lot of films and music videos. Nothing calmed my nerves. Nothing helped, nothing, but Nigella. Her Christmas videos are especially calming. Sometimes when I feel stressed, I play her videos just to hear her voice, which is soothing to the ear.

Try melting butter, adding some cream, pepper, a little bit of grated lemon. Add Parmesan and off heat add lemon juice.
