Hi Jyothsna, The AI is not specific to backend development works. AI is everywhere. Even the enterprises are exploring AI as new UI. So, take an LLM and try prompting, training and tuning, then try integrating with front end technologies. This way you can start learning AI and use in the front end stacks. All the best!

How I can use Gen AI in supply chain domain as a supply chain analyst?

List out all use-cases you think of first. This will narrow down what LLM can be used effectively. For example, the transportation routes and efficient supply of goods, smart inventory management etc

Is TOGAF recommended for a Java Microservices full stack developer with 11years of experience?
@ArchitectITCloud
@ArchitectITCloud 23 күн бұрын
If you decide to take the path towards EA, this 11 years of experience will add value, but not fully, I would suggest, first decide where you want to head towards in your career.. if you want to become an EA, explore the opportunity in your organization.. then get TOGAF certified to support your EA experience.

Great presentation! I think the flow for RAG is as follows: (Kindly correct me) 1. User interacts with the Chat Bot, and the Chat Bot connects to the API, which then connects to the Vector Database. 2. The Vector Database retrieves the data for the User's query and sends it back to the API layer. 3. The API passes this data to the LLMs for processing, such as Summarization, Text Classification, Paraphrasing, etc. 4. The API returns the final results to the Chat Bot, which then presents the results to the User.

Right, I have not shown the integration layers as the focus is only in the RAG architecture understanding.

The most important question you forgot to ask - what about the historic data generated by 95% of the business? Where is this data?. How to migrate it?. You cannot say to your customers ok 5% data is online and rest is with your legacy system. basically you need to define the scope of the project. If you are solutions architect then first thing you must know business people are not software people🙂🙂. Tomorrow they will ask you - _we wasted so much money and we dont have our full data online._.

What do you mean by migrating retail stores to online? Are they going to shut down retail stores and conduct business online like Amazon? Or is it that they use offline/in store IT system that's disconnected from internet and now you want to bring that part to the cloud
@ArchitectITCloud
@ArchitectITCloud Ай бұрын
Yes, the goal was to close their brick & mortar stores and become fully online.

I think you got confused Cloud Architecture with Solution Architecture Or it can be called as Cloud Solution Architecture
@ArchitectITCloud
@ArchitectITCloud Ай бұрын
We are talking about Architecture patterns here. Ideally these patterns will help to obtain solution for your architecture problem. Unless it is used for any business solution, it is just called architecture patterns. If you use any of the cloud architecture patterns to provide solution, that is called cloud solution architecture… not patterns.

We can use AWS Outposts(on-prem) which will connnect to AWS Services through Direct Link and can sustain in Hybrid Model for 3 weeks. During this time database can be dumped to AWS . And application can be designed for cloud-enabled after which this hybrid model can be fully be turned to cloud application.

Greetings my humble powerful instructor and teacher. This piece was very very helpful in re.-enforcing my line of thoughts but I need your help. I still struggle with taking Non Functional client requirements and convert into Functional design why I am not sure when to be detailed or not for example one can look at an architecture design and not understand it but for technical folks it is easy. Is there some kind of training to learning how to be very good in turning nonfunctional requirements into functional AWS design? Thanks in advance
@ArchitectITCloud
@ArchitectITCloud 2 ай бұрын
Hello Arthuri, Thanks for your kind words. Functional requirements and Non-functional requirements are two different areas but are connected. Usually as applications solution architect you gather the functional requirements from the business team. As a solution architect you must gather all non-functional requirements like how the application can scale at high volume, what platform can be adopted for the same, what types of infrastructure components needed etc. In big organizations/ enterprises there will be dedicated platform and infrastructure solutions architects who work with applications solutions architects to address these NFRs. Hope this helps to get clarity. If you need additional help / support pls email to: [email protected]

Is there a scope for Infra professionals and what tools they have to learn to deploy config GenAI??
@ArchitectITCloud
@ArchitectITCloud 2 ай бұрын
Get hands-on with scripting tools like Ansible, Terrraform etc. if your are setting up an infrastructure for any LLM, it is still similar to an environment setup for any of your apps / platform components but only the difference is high in configurations.
