Hello I'm working as a cloud engineer, which has given me a path to learn generative AI but that path is the advanced version. Can you tell me what should I start with as I am very confused. They are just saying that you have to complete this Generative AI course in one week. Please help me. Where do I start moving forward in Generative AI?

It depends what level of learning are they expecting. You understand how the model works, what are the basic generative ai tasks like RAG, Summarization, Q&A etc. if you have Python language skill, explore to create models / algorithms. You can pick any basic Generative AI course from IBM learning. That will help.
