Would you like some chicken to go with that over full plate of ranch and BBQ sauce? There is zero point in seasoning and smoking the chicken if you are just going to smother it in 2 different sauces. Sorry, I am not trying to be negative, but adding that much sauce just ends up covering up the natural chicken flavor, gsp seasonings, and smoke. It's one thing to add a small amount of sauce that compliments the other flavors you started with, but this combination is so overwhelming that you can hide scorched or burnt chicken with it. Reducing the amount of sauces used by 2/3 would have been better.

My Pitt Boss 850 Pro Series only does 10 degree increments. It seems like every recipe calls for 225 but I only have 220 or 230. Which should I choose? BTW I did your Brisket recipe, mostly and it was incredible. Thanks!

She forgot to trim off that thin little flap. Like we're her first injection is. Too thin for how thick the rest of the meat is. It's basic. The more uneven the thickness is the more uneven the cook is. How does she not know that. 🤔

Doing what you did broke my auger motor, there is an allan key bolt with a nut that you should remove so you can disconnect the auger motor from the auger. After that remove the auger bolt and if your pellet grill is actually stuck and not fake stuck like buddy in the video, take a pipe wrench and turn the auger counterclockwise to remove it then twist the auger in to break up the clogged pellets and pull them out using the auger and shop-vac. After it's clear take some fine sand paper and clean the auger since when's the next time it will be apart. Put it back together and you'll have a working smoker without having to replace the motor by pulling on it. Hope this helps anyone with this issue please don't do what he did in the video. There are much better videos after looking further, this is half assed Atleast it's only a 35$ mistake.

My fan shuts off after a couple hours and get a ERR code with fan icon blinking. Anyone have this problem?
