Hey Sarah, thanks for sharing I was following your tips and helped me tons I dont know if you thought about this already, but recently I added an AI - talk to text transcription app to my meetings What the app does is listen and transcribe, so in the end, I can ask AI to resume it, main points and paste it to one note on this template you shared, without having to write it down myself during the meeting My struggle was to keep typing down the notes, not paying attention to all participants and ended up missing points cheers from Brazil

That’s a really cool walkthrough. Wouldn’t it make more sense to add the quick links as a 4th column beside agenda and discussion points? Or even add the quick link as an agenda item directly? I suppose when the meetings page gets extra long you might have to scroll up and down to get to the quick links you need. Also it might not be bad to be able to see directly on what day we talked about which file

Nice video. I like your system. What I struggle with is managing specific todo’s. In my role, my team has lots of little action items that come up throughout the week. I seem to switch from tracking them in OneNote, Microsoft Todo, SmartSheet, Planner and even paper. It’s like no system works perfectly - each has its shortcoming. I like to see what actions are urgent or important, their status and any relevant due dates or constraints. How do you handle that?

Has anyone figured out how she does the kanban board. I have searched high and low for a tutorial....

I think it’s really cool. Especially the meetings folder. I’d be interested in a walkthrough on how to build this. 😅

Thank you for sharing. This was one of the most helpful OneNote videos I have watched. It is great to see actual examples of how to use OneNote in real work situations. It would be great to see your other templates. Do you also use it for sharing SOP’s with your team?

I think it could be interesting see how you actually use the tool in a day of work, i.e. I open one note in the morning and I... Check what, plan what, how I cross the tool with the calendar, etc...

This is the best use of Onenote I've seen so far. It will wonderful to see a video in how to set up or even a template to purchase or download. You have so many gems inside this layout it will be amazing to see it in detail to adjust to our needs.

I love this! I use one note to throw in searchable docs so I can find them by topic but I lack organization of the many MANY docs I place there. Tracking individual KPIs and goals there is a great idea. So you download emails on specific items (ex team member roadblocks) in real time and link to their 1:1 page for future check in?

Sarah I absolutely love the visual of the beads in the mason jar. I am sitting at my desk doing my own massive brain dump so that I can sift through and leave the busy BS and get to the heart of the matter. Thank you for encouraging me that now is the time to begin even if some of the items in my head are not fully fleshed out!!! I have soooooo many projects in my head that are just a thought right now.

Genius to walk around the house. Your brain dump makes me feel normal… so much bugs us and we keep walking and forget it an instant later. Thank you!
