We've heard these standards before. People have seen and heard Shakespear too. Mr. Davis offers beautiful renditions that are as enjoyable as listening to Mozart's 41st. I play most of these songs, and it gives me pleasure to hear a great musician offer his heartfelt interpretation.

I wonder if the people in the audience really understood the caliber of who they were listening to. I love Hank Mobley and I really hope more of these gems come to light.
