What does matter is following our King's lead in His final act before committing His Spirit to Father...He asked for forgiveness for the people....He forgave and then asked for more forgiveness...why....maybe because if we all forgive as Christ directed then where is the need for vengeance or wrath? I also know that forgiveness, even of our greatest enemy, deactivates any power he has over us, a hedge is put in place and calm replaces the emotional storms the enemy creates to destroy the peace Jesus gives us. Go to God for comfort and understanding. Ask to be fully reborn of spirit in which you will be given your original name and fear no longer exists. Read Ezekiel 36, it is real and true and we all must go through the process of receiving a heart of flesh, name and new spirit, which is our spirit more fully. You'll get through these times as will all of us. Father wills that all be saved, what that will take for each individual, only He knows. Develop love, work on true forgiveness and realize that this is an amazing time in human history that we all were specifically born for. Suffering is transient and often is a result of stagnation, failure to grow, to learn more, for there is always more with God. Sometimes....some of us will endure what Job endured and we are to do better. Jesus told us if we follow Him we will be hated, we will have to carry our cross, we will suffer....is He worth what we endure here? For me, He is worth all that I am and more for I will push myself as hard as I possibly can to GROW closer to the One I love most, my Father, my King, my Lord and Savior, my Beloved. It is my hope that something in the words aids you in your walk...just remember....death catapults us into the arms of our Savior, considering this....Death where is thy sting? Sending a hug from Canada from someone old enough to be your Mom, everything's going to be ok, we whom are His are never alone. He, our King, can rise up in us in less than a heart beat. I have experienced this, it scared me for He was so fierce and powerful and I feared for the one who provoked Him to rise. reach to Him, know Him for real because He is real and easily able to actually communicate with you directly in many ways and forms via the Father, the Holy Spirit and Jesus, each the same spirit of truth yet unique and different. There we have another similitude to the a/c. and what he will do.

The verse doesn't say that it applies to Jews only and the book of Daniel does mention the saints. Saints are believers of Messiah (Jesus) so I'm pretty certain it's talking about Christians.

"Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days." Most of the prophecy in Daniel seems to revolved around events in Israel and the Middle East, even mentioning that Israel would be invaded and trampled. The Bible refers to the end times as "Jacob's Trouble", meaning the hardship will apparently fall heaviest on the Jews. We might be raptured out and not have to deal with it, except for new Christians saved during the tribulation. Jesus says when the abomination of desolation comes, for those in Judea to flee to the mountains, almost like he's again confirming that the tribulation is centered around the Jews. He says "pray that your flight may not be on the Sabbath", which would only be a concern for Jews. The Jews have been rebellious for a very long time now and God is ready to bring judgement against them, and the world. But Christians are not appointed to wrath, so there is good evidence that the end times are not for us. God turned himself away from the Jews for a while, and turned his attention to Christians. But in the end times, his attention returns to the Jews, for punishment and eventual salvation. Even in the news everyday, we see hatred for Israel rising by the day. Their day of trouble is right at the door.

I'm pretty sure that verse above tells us that God will punish us for doing that.

Matthew 24: 29-31 - Jesus explains his coming and gathering his elect is immediately after the tribulation. I don't understand how so many people over look this verse (not that it is the only one). The elect are not just the jews. The word elect is used 17 times in the bible. Do a word study. The word is mainly used to define those who are saved. The biggest issue is the difference between tribulation and wrath. We are not appointed to God's wrath, but Jesus said we enter the Kingdom of Heaven through much tribulation. Tribulation is Satan's wrath on the elect (saved). That we must endure just as Christ and his disciples did. Jesus said, those who endure till the end are saved.

One night I awoke to find myself standing in darkness at the foot of my bed, aware that my body lay sleeping. Believe it or not, I voted for Trump and I am not Anti-Trump. He's the best choice of the two, by far and I do hope he gets elected. Amen. True Christians never give up. We fall but we pray and then we rise back up again until we learn whatever God is teaching us. It hurts though, when our brethren fall by the wayside or ... the ones that fall less often, they usually have trouble forgiving us when we fall.
