Darrell, this is great, so simple with Open Office. I am using 14" paper and 0.25" margins. I did the cost with drum, toner, paper: 2.5 cents per tract. I plan to have one tract about "True and False Conversion" (Ray Comfort) for church goers and a second tract about "Don't Waste Your Life" (John Piper) for non-church goers. Both will contain content about sin, repentance, new birth, and holiness.

Did you download open office from the official website? It might also depen on which antivirus or antimalware app is checking your computer. I've been running open office for years but haven't had any problems with it personally. I hope things are alright with your computer

Hey there. I'm having trouble with deleting the space to make the bottom table fit into the second page. It doesn't want to delete and just takes me up to the first page. Hoping I can get an answer soon so I can make some tracts. Thank you in advance and God bless!

I don't know if you tried printing it or not yet but you may want to test-print one because I think that bottom line just stays there and doesn't affect it. Trying printing once to see if it works. I think it has something to do with the application/OpenOffice and there is once line on there that you can't get rid of but it prints just fine when you print it for some reason. You may have to experiment with it some. If you have more questions, I'll do my best to help. God bless you too

You should just order gospel tracts from fellowship tract league, they are free.

No thanks. When I make my own tracts it enables me to fine tune exactly what the reader is reading, therefore I get the reward from God for my labors to produce fruit. I also don't like how most places that offer free gospel tracts ad a link to the website on the back of their tracts. I don't do that. I believe that God knows who made these particular tract and if He wants to reward me, He knows where to find me. It's all for the glory of God, not the recognition that comes from men in this world.

There's nothing wrong with ordering their tracts and passing them out but it's just probably not going to be as rewarding to you as it is to them because they did the work to make them and send them to you for free. If you order their tracts and pass them out, they did the main part of the labor, especially if they're sending them to you for free. If any fruit is bared, it will mostly be to their account. However if I make my own bible tracts, all the labor and fruit will to my account for laboring to do all the work, paying all the cost myself and then pass them out on my own, I would be the one to get a reward for it and no one else. This isn't the only reason I make my own bible tracts. It's incredibly cheap & easy to do. I would reap any rewards that might come from it and I would be able to type exactly what I want to type into the tracts. I don't always believe all of the same things that other people believe. Therefore, I don't want to potentially support false teachers or false prophets by passing out their tracts. I'm not saying the ones you mentioned are false in any way. I'm just saying that I know that if I make them myself, they'll be correct according to my understanding of the bible. I simply don't want to take the risk of passing out someone else's tract that might even have an address to their website on it. Even if I agree one of their tracts and passed it out, it could potentially lead them back to their website and I have no idea what all is on their website so I don't know if I agree with doing that or not.
