Thanks for feedback let me answer your query. 1. Yes, so that the driver can easily exit. 2. The reason for not specifying a direction is that the general public may not be familiar with Vastu guidelines or alternative orientations and may only have limited knowledge. We believe it's better to have no knowledge than partial or incorrect knowledge. You can whats us to know about its orientations. 3. This is actually a Vastu compliant design.
