This is absolutely correct brother because the cost of a 20x60 double story house was Rs 40 lakhs and it did not even include the interiors whereas this house is 30x50 and is decorated so well.

Hi Sir, I bought two plans from you which are near to our plot sizes, However, Could you please make a video of 33×42 with 7 BHK and Attached washrooms in 1st floor for us to live, GF and 2nd floor for rental purposes. (Similiar design and benifits one of your videos with 34×45 feets). If it is designed, I will buy the plan also. While we start construction I may contact you also. Thank you soo much in advance.
