जोहर , प्रमाण सर NH - 2/6 लाइन रोड चौड़ीकरण भूमि अधिग्रहण हमलोगों की जमीन वा मकान (संरचना) अर्जित हुवि है। संरचना मूल्यांकन दर 2012- 13 वाह भी अपने मनमानी हिसाब से दिसम्बर 2022 में यानी105 माह के बाद मुआवजा मिला,लेकिन मकान (संरचना)मूल्यांकन दर में ब्याज नही दिया जा रहा है। जबकि अभी अर्जित प्लॉट अंश भाग NH - 2/4 लाइन रोड चौड़ीकरण वर्ष 2003 - 04 में मकान एवम जमीन में ब्याज जोड़ कर मिला था। मेरे द्वारा मकान पर ब्याज तथा जमीन में त्रुटि से संबंधित आर्विटेट के पास 2023 में केस दर्ज किया गया है जिसकी सुनवाई चल रही है। आप से अपेक्षित रखता हूं की किसी भी राज्य में अर्जित जमीन वा मकान की मूल्यांकन दर पर ब्याज की जजमेंट - आर्बिटर, एवं हाई कोर्ट या सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई होगी। उस सुनवाई जजमेंट आपके जानकारी में है तो उस जजमेंट की डिटेल देने की कृपा करे । जिसमें उक्त जजमेंट के आधार पर हमलोगो को भी मकान की मुआवजा जमीन की त्रुटि को सुधार करते हुवे ब्याज जोड़कर जजमेंट मिल सके। धन्यवाद, आपका, N H - 2,प्रभावित रैयत सुरेश कुमार साव ग्राम - पिपरा, पोस्ट - सिंघरवा थाना - चौपारण जिला - हजारीबाग राज्य- झारखंड, पिन - 825406 मो0 - 9431194429
