Mam can you tell me one query that the MC case has given judgement and I have not paid the amount and the case was in district court but the other party have raised the issue in lower court that I was not paying the maintenance but I thought that when the revision petition has filed so need for explaining to lower court .as the judge has given me another adjournment for to get stay and lawyers are telling me to get a memo done by my lawyer .can u please suggest for the above problem

Last month I had small fight with my classmates in court because of small injustice thing, as we all know that there is no such thing that at specific places only senior can sit, okay I might agreed if he would have told me politely but he told me get up in very rude way, few days before my senior whom I used to do internship told just because I didn’t told and it’s about my reputation you are fired, you only tell me what should i do, I am very sad
