I'm drinking a glass of the 2018 now and really enjoying it. We opened it and drank some right away and it had that noticeable bite you get with a newly opened bottle. After awhile, it smoothed out and was fantastic. I really appreciated the nose on it; super interesting with some nice spice and herbal notes that added a great complexity to it as it layered onto the fruit notes. Nice work!
