For Question 1: The answer should be B. Licensee's Obligation to Other Licensees right? According to the reference handbook C. Licensee’s Obligation to Other Licensees 2. Licensees shall not offer, give, solicit, or receive, either directly or indirectly, any commission, or gift, or other valuable consideration in order to secure work, and shall not make any political contribution with the intent to influence the award of a contract by public authority. Am I somehow wrong? For Question 2: Self Laudatory language is self praise, not false claims, the correct answer should be c, although c is not likely to get you in trouble, it is the most likely. Am I Wrong Somehow?

Question 3 (the first one), does not specify who is officially responsibly charged, and who is signing and sealing the work, only the responsibly charged can sign and seal the work, and you can only sign and seal work you worked responsibly charged for overseeing, so would liability not fall under who ever signs and seals the work? The question makes liability very unclear. Question 2: Answer B is not clear, is it assumed the licensed engineer is familiar with the fuel design, because if the licensed engineer is not familiar with it, then would it not be considered as accepting work you are not competent in, which is a violation rule 1 in section ",B. Licensees obligation to employers and clients."
