Congrats on the new oven! We just ordered a new cooktop and I can't wait! HI, to your handsome son(?) who looked in. Quite nice! You could use parchment paper and have it come off the pan nicely.

I got this one 3 weeks ago when my old stove stopped working. It's going to take me 3 years to pay for. Wasn't on sale, unfortunately. But it's really nice I have to admit. 😃

how much water? because from what I see in video it looks very liquidy. I know a 1/4 C powder is equal to l Stick of butter.

Thanks, Nay Nay. Looks delicious. The hot cocoa recipe made a lot. I was wondering how many spoons used of the mix to make a cup of hot cocoa. I'm planning on making up some of that stuff. Love hot cocoa and you're right, the mix at the store costs quite a bit. Have a blessed day, my friend.

I also dehydrated many marshmallows! I was amazed how well they come out. I also melted many marshmallows, put it in sterile jars and it has lasted for several years now.

Always nice to have it on hand! I don't find that cocoa dissolves very well. My mother taught me to use a little bit of boiling water and make a paste with it first, then add your water or hot milk. By all means, stock up on sugars; the price is supposed to go up. Cocoa,too, and anything made from corn..

I know if you roll egg in your hands, that becomes easier, but sometime it doesnt work, this one looks risky, but i hope it works better.

I think the risk of rolling it is that you apply too much weight on it. Here, it can only be thrown with its own weight really.

@@bastiaanbogers4114 Yup, thats exactly the problem, that makes it hard sometime. Also salting water a lil when cooking eggs helps.

My aunt was a cook and she taught me to put the hot eggs in cold water and crack the shells slightly.I never have trouble with peeling, but this is great.

Just a tip: grease your pan lightly before you lay out the parchment paper. It helps hold the paper in place so it doesn't slide around and therefore makes spreading your batter a bit easier.
