Thanks, Nay Nay. Looks delicious. The hot cocoa recipe made a lot. I was wondering how many spoons used of the mix to make a cup of hot cocoa. I'm planning on making up some of that stuff. Love hot cocoa and you're right, the mix at the store costs quite a bit. Have a blessed day, my friend.

I used 2 or 3 tbs. In my cup. But it kind of depends on size of mug you use.kind of see if you want more or less. Enjoy your week. God bless.

I also dehydrated many marshmallows! I was amazed how well they come out. I also melted many marshmallows, put it in sterile jars and it has lasted for several years now.

Always nice to have it on hand! I don't find that cocoa dissolves very well. My mother taught me to use a little bit of boiling water and make a paste with it first, then add your water or hot milk. By all means, stock up on sugars; the price is supposed to go up. Cocoa,too, and anything made from corn..
